Stress and anxiety are so common and it can sometimes feel like there is no end in sight. Stress can affect us mentally, physically, and emotionally. I can help with skills and tools to de-stress and manage anxiety so that it does not rule your life and you can feel like you are managing your anxiety.
Low mood, feeling burnt out, and lack of interest in things is common. Depression can rob you of joyful moments. We can work together to process your sadness and emotions, and work together to find coping tools to manage during the hard times.
